Forward Majority

In order to gain control of state chambers and combat gerrymandering at the national level, prominent figures of the Democratic Party decided to start Forward Majority, a movement to raise awareness of the problem and ask for help targeting specific state legislature voting in the coming years.

This was a pro-bono website project championed by Work & Co in the wake of the 2016 election results. We worked with the Forward Majority team to come up with a fast yet elegant design that successfully communicated the mission of the group. The powerful yet clear design identity shows.

The result was one of the fastest projects of my career: it took about a week and a half from beginning of development to the day it was published. Yet, it is a no-compromise project that is likely to be live for a while.
